Return Policy

Return any item for any reason within 30 days for a refund with the following terms and conditions:

1. All returns or exchanges MUST be new, unused, unopened and accompanied by a receipt.
   
   
2. No refunds or exchanges on USED moving boxes.
   
   
3. No returns or exchanges accepted after 30 days from receipt date.
   
   
4. All returns over $75.00 will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
   
   
5. All local returns or exchanges can be made at our store locations. Pickup service within the San Diego metro area for returns or exchange is available for a trip fee starting at $25.00.
   
   
6. No refunds or exchanges on special order and custom products.
   
   
7. Customer pays for all shipping and insurance charges for merchandise returned by postal service, UPS, FedEx or freight carrier.
   
   
8. No cash refunds. All refunds will be resolved by credit card refund or by in store credit only.
   No exceptions.
